D3 + K2 CHEWABLE 120 tabs

TWO VITAMINS. ONE DUO.

Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 they work better together.

CYBERNETICS® combined them into one delicious pineapple-flavoured chewable, so every day you get the duo that supports your immune system and builds strong

bones — no pills to swallow, no aspartame, no compromises.

With one tablet a day. You get 2000 IU of pure D3. 100µg of K2 as MK-7, the most advanced, long-acting form of vitamin K2.

WHY CHOOSE IT

D3 2000 IU : the “sunshine vitamin” that supports the normal function of the immune system

K2 as MK-7:  the advanced form that stays active in the body longer, ideal for a once-a-day dose

STRONG BONES: both vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal bones

DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE FLAVOUR: chewable, no water, no swallowing pills

ASPARTAME FREE sweetened with xylitol & sorbitol

120 TABLETS a full 4-month supply in every pack

HIGH-QUALITY MK-7

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE YOUR BODY

Think of calcium as precious cargo, and these two vitamins as the perfect team that manages it. Vitamin D3 is the one that “opens the door”: it helps your gut absorb calcium from food and move it into your bloodstream. Without enough D3, a large part of the calcium you eat simply goes to waste.

That’s where vitamin K2 steps in. It acts as calcium’s “traffic controller”: it activates a protein called osteocalcin, which grabs calcium and locks it into your skeleton. In simple terms, D3 brings the calcium in, and K2 makes sure it ends up where it belongs in your bones. That’s why the D3 + K2 duo makes more sense than taking either vitamin on its own.

One more advantage: we chose the MK-7 form. Compared with other forms of vitamin K, MK-7 stays active in your circulation longer meaning one tablet a day is enough for steady, everyday support.

GOING ONE STEP DEEPER

Here’s what D3 actually does once it enters your body. It doesn’t work immediately: first it travels to the liver and then to the kidneys, where it gets “switched on” and converted into its active, hormone-like form (calcitriol). In that form, D3 behaves like a messenger that “talks” directly to your cells through special receptors. In the gut, it instructs cells to produce the proteins that “grab” and transport calcium  which is why, without D3, absorption drops dramatically. In immune cells, those same receptors help the body fine-tune its defences: to “wake up” when needed and avoid over-reacting when it isn’t. That’s exactly why D3 is tied both to your bones and to normal immune function.

Vitamin K2 does something elegantly different: it acts as an “on-switch” for specific proteins. Without enough K2, osteocalcin ( the key bone protein ) is still produced, but stays “inactive” and can’t properly bind calcium. K2 activates it (through a process called carboxylation), so osteocalcin can lock calcium onto the crystal lattice of the bone. Here lies the real beauty of the combination: D3 tells your bone-building cells to make osteocalcin, and K2 is what turns it on. One builds the tool, the other switches it on  a division of labour that works better as a pair than separately. And because MK-7 has a long lifespan in the blood, it has time to reach tissues beyond the liver  namely, where your bones need it.

HOW TO TAKE IT

Take 1 chewable tablet daily, during a meal. Chew before swallowing. For adults. If you take anticoagulant medication (e.g. warfarin) or are pregnant/breast- feeding, consult your doctor before use.

ABOVE ALL, CYBERNETICS® CARES.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT

Real human clinical trials

1. Vitamin D & immunity  Martineau et al., BMJ 2017

Across 25 randomized trials with 11,321 people, vitamin D supplementation reduced the risk of acute respiratory infections  with the biggest benefit in those who started with low levels.

> Martineau AR, et al. Vitamin D supplementation to prevent acute respiratory tract infections: systematic review and meta-analysis of individual participant data. BMJ. 2017;356:i6583. doi:10.1136/bmj.i6583.

2. D3 + K2 together — Ushiroyama et al., Maturitas 2002

In 172 women, combining vitamin D3 + K2 increased spinal bone mass more than either vitamin alone — exactly the rationale behind this product.

> Ushiroyama T, Ikeda A, Ueki M. Effect of continuous combined therapy with vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 on bone mineral density and coagulofibrinolysis function in postmenopausal women. Maturitas. 2002;41(3):211-221. doi:10.1016/S0378-5122(01)00275-4.

3. Vitamin K & bone density — Hu et al., J Orthop Surg Res 2021

A meta-analysis of 10 randomized trials (1,346 people): vitamin K together with calcium was linked to higher bone mineral density at the lumbar spine.

> Hu L, Ji J, Li D, Meng J, Yu B. The combined effect of vitamin K and calcium on bone mineral density in humans: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. J Orthop Surg Res. 2021;16:592. doi:10.1186/s13018-021-02728-4.

4. D3 & speed & power : Close et al., Br J Sports Med 2013

EN: In athletes, vitamin D3 supplementation (up to 5,000 IU/day) improved 10-m sprint time and vertical-jump height compared with placebo.

5. D3 & muscle strength Wyon et al., Clin J Sport Med 2016

In 22 national-level male judo athletes, a single dose of vitamin D3 increased muscle strength by ~13% within one week versus placebo  in a strength-and-power combat sport.

Acute effects of vitamin D3 supplementation on muscle strength in judoka athletes: a randomized placebo-controlled, double-blind trial. 6. D3 & leg strength (meta-analysis) — Han et al., Front Nutr 2024

A meta-analysis of 10 randomized trials (354 athletes): vitamin D3 significantly raised vitamin D levels and significantly improved quadriceps (leg) strength.

> Han Q, Xiang M, An N, Tan Q, Shao J, Wang Q. Effects of vitamin D3 supplementation on strength of lower and upper extremities in athletes: an updated systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. Front Nutr. 2024;11:1381301. doi:10.3389/fnut.2024.1381301.

7. D3 & aerobic capacity (men) — Kujach et al., Nutrients 2020

In active college-aged men, vitamin D3 increased maximal breathing frequency and maximal lung ventilation — markers of better aerobic/respiratory capacity.

> Kujach S, Lyzwinski D, Chroboczek M, Bialowas D, Antosiewicz J, Laskowski R. The effect of vitamin D3 supplementation on physical capacity among active college-aged males. Nutrients. 2020;12(7):1936. doi:10.3390/nu12071936. Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32629757/

8. K2 & conditioning — McFarlin et al.,Altern Ther Health Med 2017

In trained individuals, 8 weeks of vitamin K2 raised maximal cardiac output during exercise by ~12% versus placebo — a marker of better cardiovascular performance in training.

> McFarlin BK, Henning AL, Venable AS. Oral consumption of vitamin K2 for 8 weeks associated with increased maximal cardiac output during exercise. Altern Ther Health Med. 2017;23(4):26-32.
